UCR (Unified Carrier Registration):
If you have an active DOT# you are required to file this every year by December 31st.

FMCSA Biennial Update:
You are required to update your DOT# every other year to stay in compliance with federal regulations. If you are a customer of Sharon Lee's Fuel Tax, we take care of this for you free of charge. We can provide a copy of this update upon request.
*Special note: You will receive a lot of phone calls and emails from third-party agencies that will state you are not in compliance. Please do not give any company information, credit card information, or password/PIN information out unless you KNOW who you are speaking to. There are a lot of scams concerning DOT compliance and we want to help to ensure your DOT remains secure.
We know this does not cover all the filings and info that you will receive when you start this new venture. There are several aspects for the DOT and Authority that you will need to complete in house. However, Sharon Lee's Fuel Tax Service is always here to help with any questions or concerns that you have.
